Step 1...get a website when it comes to creating your own website,99% of newbies(me included)stare at the screen wondering what to do and how to do it. you can pay someone......you can get template....you can design your own.... and so on. your video about getting the webpage up was the most informative that i have seen and it has actually got me going after about 8 months of procrastinating / mental block and downloading rubbish and timewasting progs that only want you to buy more rubbish. I had the same thing happen to me last year. I had been with the service for 5 years with only a few minor problems. My credit card was still OK and I had checked auto-renewal. I received one email stating that my account would be billed on such and such date. I called support to verify there wouldn't be a problem and was assured that everything would be OK. I went out a few days later to do some work on the site and guess what; I got a pop up telling me my sites had been shut down and all pages would be deleted at the end of 30 days. My credit card had been billed and I'm afraid I went off on a service rep pretty good. They informed me that my credit card would be credited and I would have to go through the manual process before the system would accept it. They got it back up and working in just a few minutes.
