I mean, for someone jumping into the outsourcing pool for the first time, finding good programmers or anyone to do web work overseas can be risky business.. Just wondering if you would share some reliable sources? I know that outsourcing is the key to getting things done, but you can get burned quick with the wrong contractors... Your thoughts?
